The Wheel of Happiness and Well-Being is an activity based, multi-dimensional program. It blends the best of modern science with the ancient wisdom of the sages.



The Wheel of Happiness and Well-Being endeavours to provide you the essence of Positive Psychology, Yoga, Meditation, Laughter Yoga and Spirituality.









The Wheel of Happiness and Well-Being can be conducted in a home, workplace, school, college, community hall, auditorium, park, hospital, prison – practically anywhere.

The Wheel of Happiness and Well-Being is conducted by two experienced facilitators - Radhika Bisht and Jagat Singh Bisht.
