It's difficult, maybe even cruel, to laugh and celebrate in these harsh, perplexing times when thousands of our fellow human beings are dying of the corona virus. But there is no harm in exercising and laughing gently inside home to maintain physical, mental and emotional fitness. On the eve of World Laughter Day, I am sharing one such routine for the benefit of all laughter lovers. Wishing everyone, in the north, south, east and west, health, happiness and peace!
